About Us
Keystone Shed Repair is a specialized home services company based in Douglassville, focused on one thing: sheds. We help homeowners restore their shed’s strength, safety, and appearance so they can protect what they already own and feel proud of their backyard again.
Today, we serve Berks County and surrounding counties in Southeast Pennsylvania.
Why We’re Called Keystone
We chose the name Keystone Shed Repair for two reasons.
First, we are proud to be based in Pennsylvania, the Keystone State.
Second, a keystone is the piece that holds everything together. It represents strength and durability, which is exactly how we approach shed repair. Solid materials, careful workmanship, and repairs built to last.
What We Do
We provide professional shed repair services designed to restore function and extend the life of your shed without the cost and disruption of replacement.
Common projects include:
- Shed roof repair and replacement
- Siding repair and replacement
- Painting and sealing
- Door repairs and replacement
- Window repairs and replacement
- Floor repairs and replacement
How We Do It
Most homeowners do not neglect their sheds. They just are not given clear options. Sheds start to fall apart, and many contractors avoid the job. Replacement feels like the only path forward.
We are here to change that with a simple approach:
- Free quotes and honest advice. If your shed is beyond repair, or if there is a better option for you than us, we’ll tell you.
- Repair-first, not replacement-first. We focus on practical solutions that restore what can be repaired.
- Licensed, insured, and professional. Work is completed by experienced professionals so you can trust the job is done safely and correctly.
- Craftsmanship and respect. We treat your shed with the same care we would treat your home, and we leave the job site as clean as possible.
The Heart of Keystone Shed - Our Mission, Vision and Values
Our Mission
To strengthen and restore sheds with the same craftsmanship, professionalism, and courtesy you’d expect for your home, providing honest, repair-first solutions that beautify and extend a shed’s life without pressure or upsells.
Our Vision
To become the nation’s most trusted shed repair company, expanding our geographic coverage and completing more quality shed repairs than anyone else while staying grounded in strong values and craftsmanship.
Our Core Values
Craftsmanship
We do the job the right way, focusing on durable repairs, careful details, and results we’d be proud to put on our own property.
Professionalism
We show up prepared, communicate clearly, respect your time and property, and leave the job site as clean as possible, every time.
Integrity
We give straightforward quotes and honest guidance. If a shed is beyond repair, or if a different solution is better, we will say so. No scope inflation. No sales pressure.
Gratitude
We’re grateful for the trust customers place in us and for the team members who make the work possible. We listen, treat people with respect, and value skill and input.
Giving Back
We believe in a duty to serve the community and contribute to something bigger than ourselves. We donate 10% of net profits quarterly to local organizations that strengthen our community, with a focus on local Scouts BSA troops and councils and local Lions Clubs, while staying open to supporting other local causes doing meaningful work.
The People Behind the Work

At the heart of the company is Brian Welch, an Eagle Scout and lifelong community volunteer. Our culture is shaped by Scouting principles and a service-first mindset: be prepared, do a good turn daily, and treat people with respect.
