Regional Shed Specialist
Run Your Own Region. We Bring You the Work.
Join Keystone Shed Repair as a Regional Shed Specialist and get consistent, high-quality leads without spending a dollar on marketing. You meet with the customers, you do the jobs you want to do, you become our shed specialist for the County or Counties you want to operate in.
We’ve built a system that lets skilled contractors focus on what they do best—while we handle the rest.
As a Regional Shed Specialist, you:
- Receive leads directly in your assigned counties
- Perform estimates (remote and in-person) and get paid for doing them
- Choose which jobs you want to complete vs. which ones should go to the Assistant to the Regional Shed Specialist in your area.
- Earn bonuses for closed jobs and customer reviews
You would be working as a 1099 contractor and as such can set your own hours.
This role is a great fit for someone that has the skills and the desire to do this is their primary job. You are welcome to do other projects outside of sheds but we would like likely fill the majority of your schedule with shed repair work.

Assistant to the Regional Shed Specialist
(AKA Shed Specialist)

Join Keystone Shed Repair as a Shed Specialist and get access to real shed repair work without having to spend your time or money on marketing. This role is ideal for an experienced contractor or handyman who wants steady job opportunities, flexible scheduling, and the ability to focus on the work itself.
We’ve built a system that lets skilled contractors do what they do best while we handle the lead generation and the Regional Shed Specialist handles the estimating and customer relationship.
As the Assistant to the Regional Shed Specialist, you:
- Receive overflow jobs in your assigned region when the Regional Shed Specialist is too busy or wants help handling demand
- Focus primarily on completing repairs, upgrades, and restoration work
- Have the opportunity to earn bonuses for customer reviews
Work as a 1099 contractor with the flexibility to set your own hours
This role is a great fit for someone who has the skills to handle shed roofs, siding, doors, windows, floors, painting, and general shed repairs, but doesn’t want to be fixing sheds full time. This is ideal for a contractor that is looking for some work to fill in their schedule.
